WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT YOUR NAME SAYS ABOUT YOU

There is a popular saying that you cannot rise above your thinking, but I put it to you that no one will rise above the significance of his name. Your name says a lot about you and more importantly your destiny. The under listed points reveals the main reasons why you cannot afford to christen yourself or even unborn child any name from anywhere. The more reason why we see people christen their child the same name they bear is because of the mystery they got about name. People like Luther king the father of Martin Luther king Jr., Mike Adenuga, the father of Mike Adenuga Jr. 1. It gives direction: Going biblically, it was when the name of Jacob was changed to Israel that direction came to his destiny. When the name was changed, he could prophecy about the tribe of Judah that the sceptre will not depart from his household, a lineage where Jesus came from. Football legends today christen their children after their names to give those children the direction in which they will work in. Jesus was given a name that connotes the direction/path in which He would walk in. 2. Builds your confidence from within: Lionel Messi Jr, will have little to struggle with if he eventually ventures into footballing because apart from trait transfer, he has got something to keep him going; that “so far my father could succeed in this, it does mean I can do even greater”. A good example is Mike Adenuga. Peter knew Jesus gave him a name, that could go places and he was able to step into the realm of great anointing. 3. You get reputation: If the Old Testament Saul was not faulty, there won’t be a need to change the New Testament Saul to Paul. The reputation of the first Saul is of question, hence a need for Saul to be changed to Paul. Naomi k new this when she said you can no longer call me Naomi because the reputation of sweetness is no longer there Ruth1:1-18, she said “call me Mara because she lost her husband and two sons on in a country. People respect certain names not because of what the individual has done but because of the reputation such lineage had built over the years. Yar’adua was remembered sequel to what the brother; Shehu Yar’adua did in time past. 4. You have heavenly backup: I don’t expect a man named Michael to suffer in the hands of the enemy because Archangel Michael is known for victory. People like Mike Adenuga, Michael Jackson, Mike muddock, Chief Michael Subomi, Chief Mike(ELIZADE) among many others are known for victory. In the Yoruba setting, you hear Segun as a sign of victory after the birth of such child. At the mention of the name Jesus, every kneel must bow, a backup from the heavens at the utterance of such name. Any where Israel is heard today signifies “Victor in battle”. I love to tell you at this point that your name counts a lot. You’ve got to choose well before you christen your child so that you can key to things you know your name connote in times of mishaps and loopholes.
